Employment: Full-time position where APMs build their product careers from day one.
Compensation: $210,000 annual base salary plus equity, with increases upon promotion to post-APM roles.

Selection Process: Applications reviewed on a rolling basis, followed by exploratory conversations. Finalists will attend an onsite interview in San Francisco to meet product teams and a cofounder. Assessment includes technical fluency, product instincts, and growth potential.
