Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Work on improving application performance and optimizing code.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency.
Assist in maintaining infrastructure to ensure the application remains sustainable and scalable.

Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams in different timezones.
Strong sense of ownership and commitment to continuous learning.
Exposure to Ruby, Java, Python, or similar programming languages.
Exposure to frontend technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, or HTML.
Team player who takes responsibility and collaborates effectively.
Ability to work diligently and maintain a positive attitude under time constraints.
Should work from the Bangalore office, 5 days a week.
