Seeking a seasoned engineer to support the EV Account Management and Operations Teams.
Responsible for triaging and responding to client tickets related to Program Enrollment, Data Collection, and analyzing reports collected through Uplight’s EV Data Aggregation Program.
Work closely with stakeholders including utility clients, Engineering, and Account Management Teams.
Role requires analytical skills, proficiency in data management & visualization, and an understanding of the EV industry and metrics.

Ability to work independently; self-motivated.
Effective communication skills with clients through all methods of communication.

Analyze, organize, and manage EV charging data (offline/online devices, sessions, customer behavior).
Collaborate with internal teams and utility partners to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.
Develop reports and visualizations to communicate findings and support program tools and dashboards.
Perform statistical analysis and modeling of EV charging data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

Work with internal teams & partners to resolve issues identified through analytics.
Refine client ticket resolution processes.
Support strategies for expanding and optimizing EV programs/products using data-driven insights.

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
0–1 year experience in data analyst / analyst roles.
Strong analytical skills with focus on quantitative data analysis.
Proficiency with SQL and Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
Familiarity with utility operations, grid management, and energy industry trends.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
