About the NATS Program

The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) is one of the flagship programs of the Government of India for skilling Indian youth in trade disciplines. Under the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 (amended in 1973), Volvo Group offers graduates a practical, hands-on On-the-Job Training (OJT) opportunity for a duration of one year.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of OOP concepts.
Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java or C++.
Good knowledge of SQL and databases.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Pass-out year: 2022, 2023, 2024.
B.Tech (CS/IT).
65% throughout (10th, 12th, Graduation).
