Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 0–2 years in Java development or strong academic project experience.
Core Java: Understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
Databases: Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
AI Code Generation: Familiarity with AI concepts/tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or transformer-based code generation) is a strong asset.
Tools: Familiar with version control systems like Git.
Problem Solving: Eagerness to learn with basic problem-solving skills.
Communication: Good verbal/written communication and willingness to ask questions.
