Responsibilities

• Contribute to quality engineering, automation testing, and continuous integration practices with an emphasis on back-end API, systems integration, UI automation, and Performance Testing.
• Work with multiple teams across India for continuous improvements, innovation, and ownership of initiatives.
• Design and develop frameworks and robust automation test scripts.
• Conduct code reviews to manage automation code quality and guide teams for improvements and adherence to best practices.
• Handle ongoing projects and assignments of diverse scopes, applying broader knowledge of industry standards/practices, and ensure complete quality for module(s) with minimal to no supervision.
• Collaborate closely with product and development teams for scoping/sizing after clarifying requirements and creating the strategy and technical design for quality delivery.
• Participate in sprint planning meetings and daily stand-ups, working with teams and adapting to changing needs in a fast-moving environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/B Tech degree in Computer Science from a reputed institution.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and data structures.
• Knowledge of open-source automation tools.
• Understanding of QA methodologies, life cycles and processes, and project management techniques.
