Razorpay Off Campus Drive 2025 – Hiring Associate Technical Consultant

Work directly with developers, clients, and internal teams to resolve post-integration issues.
Provide technical support, consulting, and share best practices.
Report to the Technical Support Head of Business Engineering at Razorpay.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of queries raised by merchants.

Address technical queries related to APIs, plugins, and Razorpay's complete product suite.
Communicate technical issues effectively to merchants and internal departments, including CXOs and tech teams.
Identify irregularities and unexpected behavior in Razorpay products and services.
Assist merchants by providing Level 2/3 technical support, troubleshooting, and debugging.
Report bugs and issues to Product/Engineering teams via Jira and collaborate for resolutions.
Document issues in CRM (FreshDesk), update progress regularly, and ensure resolution.
Act as a subject-matter expert on Razorpay products, implementations, and usage.
Enhance merchant experience by solving technical issues without redirecting them to developers.
May travel to client sites to resolve complex integration issues.

Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills with minimal dependency.
Logical thinker with analytical abilities.
Up-to-date knowledge in the payment gateway domain is a plus.
In-depth understanding of various products and processes.
Excellent interpersonal and quick decision-making skills for client or sales interactions.
Knowledge of at least one frontend technology (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Flutter, React Native).
Familiarity with server-side languages like Java, C++, Python, or Go.
B.Tech/M.Tech degree with relevant internship experience.
